Hi All,
Here's what's "here for you" at the center this week. Also, we've got a couple of things in the works that you need to know about, and I've got an idea to help those who are out pounding the pavement looking for a job in the great economy we've got going on..but You'll have to read the rest of the email to find out what it is.
NEW EVENT!
Starting next Monday night from 7-8 PM, Monday nights are SIGLBT coffee night! The exact location/coffee house hasn't been determined yet, but it will be yet another great way to get to know each other, and maybe meet the person of your dreams. No community center business, no voting, just coffee and conversation.
We'll also have a couple of books available from our lending library, as well as the list of what's in the library, so that you can get some good old educating while you get wired up on espresso. This event will be open to everyone.

IT'S Growing! Last week we had 12 people! Remember the goal is to get enough regular bowlers to start a GLBT league this summer or fall, so please join us! The event is open to everyone!
SIGLBT MOVIE NIGHT!

We have purchased a big screen projector and every other Thursday is MOVIE NIGHT at the center!

Metropolitan Community Church movie/potluck/ meet and greet!
Next month, the pastor and a few members of MCC in Boise will be making a stop in Twin falls to meet all of us. As some of you know MCC is one of the first interdenominational churches founded by LGBT's for everyone! Please watch this space for more details.
Website redesign.
As most of you know we have a website and a couple of addresses. (www.siglbt. org being the easiest to remember.) After begging one of the best web masters in Idaho, Don Day and his team in Boise has agreed to take on the task of designing our website for a VERY reasonable fee. (Don is the websmaster for KTVB and a couple of other sites.) Once this is completed, we will start asking radio stations to run our community service announcements.
There are several other events also in the works but I just wanted to highlight a couple this week.

I kow you don't have to be told, but, our economy sucks right now, and we have a lot of people looking for jobs.
